The iconic New Mart building situated in the heart of the Los Angele fashion district and home to some the world’s most recognizable brands, welcomes ARGYLE Haus of Apparel as a key tenant in the buildings new Fashion Tech Works.
ARGYLE Haus of Apparel was founded in 2014 as a fashion design company, helping brands from early-stage start-ups to national brands with fashion design, product developments, and USA based manufacturing. Over the years, ARGYLE Haus has help launch over 200 start up brands. This new facility will serve as ARGYLE’s sales office and showroom for its roster of clients. The company will maintain its apparel development and clothing manufacturing operations in the San Fernando Valley. “We feel that this is a great opportunity for both ARGYLE and Fashion Tech Works as we bring a tremendous amount of expertise to help start ups in this space,” commented Houman Salem, founder and CEO of ARGYLE Haus of Apparel.
Fashion Tech Works is a new concept created by The New Mart to help brands with a creative environment to work and network. Everyone including independent fashion designers, start-up brands and expanding companies can utilize Fashion Tech Works for a wide variety of services including co-working spaces, event spaces, content studios including a podcasting studio and a state-of-the-art photo studio. “Having ARGYLE Haus of Apparel next to Fashion Techworks strengthens the culture of upcoming apparel designers who choose to do business in ways that are streamlined to reduce waste of resources, time and money.
